I purchased this 1957 Chevrolet 210 four door about three months ago for a daily driver and it runs and drives great! I drive it to work maybe a mile every day. When i purchased the car it ran good but i made some changes because of some vacuum leaks and power issues. I spent well around 1,000.00 in a new Edlebrock carburetor, a new aluminum intake manifold,new air filter and matching chrome valve covers and now it runs like a champ!! All the gauges work and lights work including the dome light! The interior is in EXCELLENT shape because of a recent rebuild by the previous owner, its all black seats and door panels with chrome trim to follow the style of the original interior. There is an updated cassette player/radio in the place of the old radio installed with no dash cutting!! Here is a list of things that have been done to the car in the rebuild.... Tires- 80% New Headliner New interior- seats and door panels. Rebuilt 283 Chevrolet V8 with upgraded carb and intake and valve covers/air cleaner Newer exhaust Directional Wheels All rust cut out and replaced with patch panels including trunk/all re-done. New Spark Plugs Upper engine gaskets replaced Updated late 60s Transmission with Full Syncro 3 Speed on the floor New Carpet Kit Sound Deadening Tape under carpet kit and in trunk The only thing with this beautiful old cruiser is the paint is fading on the roof and the clear coat is faded in stripes, kinda cool if you ask me but if you want perfect i would recommend paint. This car would be perfect for a show car project or perfect for a awesome daily driver and family fun car! I'm really going to miss it but i have to many projects on my plate!
