For sale: 1971 Mustang Mach 1. This car is a solid driver that can be turned into a pro street rod or for a detailed restoration. I am not going to write some long persuasive paragraph and tell you how many heads turn when they see it drive by or how it will look at your local car show. blah blah blah... The car is what it is... a 1971 Mach 1, which is the most sought after model of the 70's. It is not perfect and it will need work. The car runs very strong. I don't have a big work space in order to totally do what I want to do, so I am selling it as is. Please don't waste your time or mine by trying to be an alpha male car authority who has something to prove - either buy it or move on to another car here on EBay. Feel free to ask questions. I am an honest person and take seriously my 100% feedback. 71 Mach 1 351 2V Cleveland motor probably with some modifications All around solid body with one small hole on the driver rocker panel and some bubbles (no crunchies) Nicks & scratches different places (nothing major) No dents New floor pans and insulation and some unibody/trunk patches with Por15 Basic interior redone New steering rag coupler joint New upper ball joints New front left rotor Replaced rear brake line and both cylinders New studs on wheels New front marker sockets and bulbs Oil change 2/26/15 2v Holley Carb double pumper Edlebrock intake manifold Headers New Fuel filter Good tires with o riginal hubcaps and rings Oil pressure drops after driving long, t here is no knocking or ticking in motor. (may indicate the r od & main bearings will need replaced soon - priced it @ $400 parts & labor) This is a great find for the muscle car enthusist.
