Price: US $19,500.00 SOLD OUT
Here's a great vintage FJ in excellent condition. I bought this less than a year ago with the intention of finishing the restoration and making it my new toy. God had other plans for me so she's up for sale. This would be perfect for the person who wants a classic FJ that already looks great, has already had the heavy (expensive) resto work done, and wants to finish it their own unique way. New tranny, clutch, knuckles & complete front end. 4x4 works great. Engine is original in-line 6 and is in outstanding condition with only 86k miles. Absolutely no leaks whatsoever. Added Performance HEI Distributor ($360) and Weber Carburetor ($470). New master cylinder. Brakes are original drum. Still has oem 3 speed transmission. New metal oem gas tank. Spare 3rd member. Original seats - including jump seats in rear. Fronts have minor tears at seams. Rear jump seats are in surprisingly excellent condition with no tears. Hatch holds itself open. Rear doors open - close. Spare tire mount and wheel/tire are included (see pics). Added Lloyd Mats to front and rear. Tinted windows. Also have brand new console from Cruiser Corps complete with stereo & cup holders, not yet installed. I still have the oem wheels - no tires. Also included are tons of extra parts, not yet installed. Some oem, some aftermarket. Easily an extra $2k plus in extra parts including full interior carpet with sound deadening insulation, headlight covers, new shocks, seals, molding, mirrors, cables, wires, bolts, screws, etc. Everything you see in pics is included. Rear tire mount with rim and tire are included. I removed them to reveal all of the body. Also removed the diamond plate rear corner covers to expose the body. No need to hide anything here, she's in great shape. Note: there are a few extra holes where some aftermarket parts had been mounted. Complete underside in virtually rust free unlike most FJ's this age. The rust you will find is surface rust, and is prevalent throughout the upper part of the vehicle. Again, no leaks. She starts right up and drives like a champ. Things of note: needs guages hooked up. Missing barrel lock in rear hatch. Missing door catch in passenger door. Needs rear license plate light. The paint job was done prior to my ownership and is pretty good with the exception that they painted almost everything, like the bolts and screws, the interior, etc. There are dents and dings throughout the body, nothing major. Not all of the side marker lights work and need replaced. Lots of little stuff. Overall, she runs and drives great. Geared low and ready to crawl! The hard stuff is all done. Just needs the finishing touches to button her up. If you're looking for a classic FJ that you can drive and enjoy right away and touch up as you go, this is it. Buyer responsible for pickup. Clear Title in hand. Sold as is. Good Luck!!!
