1966 Chevy C-10 Custom step side, short bed truck, has a Chevy 350 engine with a holly 4 barrel carburetor and an automatic 350 turbo transmission. Restoration ALMOST complete. Bought for wife so I changed the standard shift transmission over to an automatic because she does not like driving a stick shift. If you want the standard shift transmission I will include it with the truck. I do not have any of the other standard shift parts, they were not any good. Wife decided she did not want to finish the restoration so I decided to sell it. I don't want it to just sit in my back yard and go to waste. It will make a great truck for someone who is willing to finish what is left of the restoration. Needs tires (the tires on it aren't that great), fresh paint and other minor things to have it complete. I tore down the engine and transmission before installing them and replaced the gaskets and seals. Everything else looked good. The headlights work, new tail lights are on the truck but I never hooked them up. The old ones worked but were all broke up so the new ones should work. The speedometer works, but the gas gauge does not. Not sure why it doesn't work, just might not be hooked up. All the other gauges on the panel are "dummy" gauges. It can be driven the way it is for now with the exception of getting better tires. It runs great. You can see in the before (grey truck) and after (red truck) pics how much work has been done. I have all the receipts on everything purchased on what has been done to the truck so far. I bought this truck from a guy in Alabama. Alabama does not require you to have a title. I asked my local DMV about the title and they said that vehicles before 1969 did not have titles to them. They said that you can obtain a title for this truck if needed but it is not required for a 1966 vehicle. I do have a bill of sale for the truck.
