1965 Mustang Co upe, blue exterior with w hite stripes (like a GT), black standard interior. This car was born with 6 cyl., and replaced with a healthy 289 V8, Holley 4 barr el carburator, e l e ctric aux., radiator fan, automatic transm ission with shifter on the floor . The engine runs good, the c arb was rebuilt, the brakes w ere "freshe ned" up, and a new battery was installed. T his mustang would make a great fa ther s on project. It s a great car to drive no w restore later, and e njoy this spring and summer. The body on the car is very solid, just a few blisters here and there, nothing serious. The underside of the car and fr ame is very solid, see the many pic tures I took . It has Cragar wheels, and new tires, dual exhaust that has a he althy rum ble. Eve ryone knows your coming, and the car gets many compliments. The ster eo s ystem was removed, it wou ld need a heater core (no heat) since the hoses have been bypassed. Otherwise, it is a car that you can get in an d go. With a little TLC it can be a nice weekend toy. All of the g lass is good, steering can be better (tighter) , bumpers are in good shape, the paint is average with blemishe s, a few min or nics and chips nothing serious.
