EARLY 1963 15 Window Deluxe $85,000- She is a Head Turner!- Must Have For Summer!!! This Pretty Girl is a Rare 1963 15 Window -Walk Thru Deluxe model. She went through a complete, rotisserie restoration. She was found in Philadelphia and brought here to Sunny California. Mechanically this bus runs and drives as good as she looks. This is one of the most desirable color combinations available. With a stunning, Blue/White on top, Turquoise Green on the bottom with Como Green interior, the correct wool headliner and short middle seat. She was beautifully restored by the best of the best in Southern California with much attention to detail as possible. She has 6 side pop out windows with the last 2 stationary windows that have been custom made to pop out. Thatâs a total of 8 pop out -side windows. Safari front windshields and rear Safari was added. Lowered correctly and rolling on real 15 inch Fuchs. The rebuilt engine is a 1600cc single port along with a smooth shifting 4-speed transmission. The Bus has a stock German front beam custom modified, narrowed 3 inches By Vintage Metal in Irwindale, Ca.. KCR and Old Speed of Southern Cal. were also sourced in the build. Dropped spindles, rebuilt swing lever, Avis adjusters, new tie rods, new drag link, 944âs in the front. The transmission has a super diff, heavy duty side plate, welded 3 rd & 4 th and 3:88 ring & pinion freeway flyer. Transmission is set to accept big displacement motor. I have a stock front beam, stock transmission and five 15 inch stock wheels that can be negotiated with the sale of the bus, if you would like to raise her back up to stock height.
