Up for auction is my 1969 Mach 1 Mustang. The 351 Windsor engine was rebuilt by a previous owner and runs great. It is always easy to start, idles well, and has good power. Originally an "H" code engine, it has now been upgraded with an Edelbrock Performer RPM intake and Edelbrock carb. The ignition has been upgraded with Mallory distributor and other components. I have the original intake, carb, air cleaner, distributor, and all other parts that have been changed. The FMX transmission shifts crisp as it should. The 9" rearend houses 3.00 gears and makes the car a great cruiser. Some of the options include power disc brakes, power steering, front console, and air conditioning. The air conditioning currently is disabled. The belt was not on when I received it, but the compressor does turn freely. I have just not made it a priority to repair it. An aftermarket CD stereo and speakers have been installed, but nothing was done that cannot be reversed. The original radio was kept as well. The car is Wimbledon White with a red interior. The paint, I'd say is about a 7 or 8 out of 10. Its a very presentable driver but does have a few small scratches here and there. The worst spot is a bubble on the passenger door. I have taken a pic to show it. Underneath, the car is very solid with no rust or signs of past rust. The car is originally from Oklahoma and has spent the last couple decades in southwest Missouri and was garage kept. The red interior is in very good condition. It does have a tear on the driver upper portion of the driver seat. I've enjoyed owning this car and it turns heads wherever it goes. The only reason I'm selling is because I just have too many other projects going right now. I would be happy to answer any questions and the car is available for inspection.
