You are bidding on a 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air 4 door sedan TRUE BARN FIND. THIS IS A RUNNING DRIVING CAR WITH A 350/350 TURBO JUST DROPPED IN. The original 6 cylinder has been removed and a 1972 Chevy 350 engine has been installed with a 350 turbo transmission. The following items have also just been installed to make this a turn key drive away car, new cross member, gas tank, front brakes, drive shaft, starter, alternator, dual exhaust, radiator, motor and transmission mounts, and of coarse a later model engine and tranny. The body and interior needs a complete restoration, the floor pans are rusted through in several places, the trunk pan is rusted trough in several places, the bumpers do have some bends and dings, all the glass is intact but does need replaced due to some windows with cracks and crazing. The chrome is there, but is dinged up and is not perfect, the electrical for all the lights needs redone, the trunk lid really needs replaced due to rust where the trunk latch goes. This car is a project that will need lots of body work and TLC to get it back to its original glory.
