1968 corvette t top driver, semi restored. 91k original miles, the orig matching # L79 327/350hp the car was born with is sitting along side car. Presently running a healthy 010 350cu in v8. The drivetrain is completely the orig from day one! This was a LATE 1968 car ALSO, 1 of 388 corvettes in 1968 ordered with the all new for 1968 audio theft alarm system (working). Meaning, the assembly line was already tooling up for the 69 model year.. In fact, what you see in the pix are exactly what was installed on the car originally.. Including the valve covers w/ drippers.. What is missing is the emmission equipment and stock exhaust system. The car has 5 year safari yellow paint on a never hit body with freshened up interior. Car runs great and looks great,, everything works ! Even the door ajar and wiper door override indicator and audio alarm system functions as it should.. The original equipment spring ring battery cables are still in car along with original options: Shoulderbelts, tinted windows, Audio alarm (1st year offered), am/fm (still works w/speakers newly replaced), L79, M21 4 spd, 370 posi, RSW spare, PO2 wheel covers,Stainless Steel calipers w/silicon brake fluid installed. The wiper door, headlights,reverse lights, fiber optics all work .The nice chrome bumpers and goldline radials finish the appearance. Car has hooker header side pipes..
