This Roadster was shipped to Terry Worick Restorations, in Eagle, Nebraska (near Lincoln) in 2006 for a complete top to bottom restoration. I was thrilled to be able to buy it in the spring of 2009 and follow the restoration process through to its completion in September of that year. Great attention to detail was paid to make this restoration as period correct as possible. While the seats were originally red leatherette, I changed the color to a more attractive tan with them reupholstered in real leather. The convertible top and the tonneau cover, both originally black, were also changed to a tan color. The body color remains the period correct 6004 Ivory, the original color for this car. The transmission was rebuilt by Vic Skirmants of 356 Enterprises. CU LED Third Brake brake and tail lights were added to the car. I also installed an electric gas pump along with adding tan seat belts from Peparts. A modern, but period correct, Derrington steering wheel replaced the original B black steering wheel (which will accompany the sale). Golden tan sisal floor mats were added and Vredestein tires completed the package. A Rosenthal tool kit and an actual Japanese toy Porsche Roadster from that era will both be included with the sale.
