This is an all original 1 owner 1969 Chevrolet Malibu Hard Top. The car was purchased in May 1969 from Pine Belt Chevrolet in Lakwood, New Jersey. The car is black with white interior. It also has the factory removed landau top. It is a 2 door hard top with power steering and manual brakes. This car has never been restored and never been taken apart. Everything is original except the battery tray, which was purchased from Original Parts Group. Included with the sale is the original metal plaque warranty book, original order form from dealership, the salesmens notes from 1969 and the owners manual.(see pictures) The car has all original interior with a couple of small tears in the seats, a small crack in the dash, the headliner is split and coming down and the package tray has been removed. The car was originally undercoated in 1969 straight from the dealership. The floors,frame, doors, rocker panels, fire wall inner fenders, hood and trunk are solid. With the exception of one small hole in the trunk. The car does have some rust. The lower front fenders, the lower rear quarter panels, rear wheel wells, and around the rear window. ( see pictures) All the glass in the car is in great shape as well as 90% of the trim pieces on the car. Bumpers are in GREAT shape as well as the grill and tail piece. The car was last on the road in 1994 and was stored outside until 2006. It has been stored in a garage from Dec. 2006 til now. The car last ran in spring of 2012. The doors open and close with no sag. Truck and hood open and close perfectly. The windows go up and down. The passenger rear window needs a little help going up. This would be a perfect 1 owner all original car, with paper work, to restore or make a project this spring. I was going to restore the car myself , but unfortunately , I will be unable to. The car does roll and steer. Brakes are not working. The car does have snow tires on the rear , but does come with 2 more rims and tires with the sale. The original spare and jack also included.
