1978 Buick Electra Park Avenue. Acquired from the senior daughter of the original owners. This car has been her daily driver for over 10 years. Garage kept.It has every conceivable option for a 1978 Buick. And 92,140 original miles. This car comes from an LDS family and has not been smoked in! *Auto climate(A/C blows cold) *Tilt/telescopic steering column. *Cruise master cruise control (not engaging) Power window/locks/steering/antenna (all working). *lighted vanity visor(passenger side). *rear window defogger. *Quartz clock (working perfectly). *Remote side mirror controls. *litter pocket. *AM/FM 8 Track (working great).fuel economy usage light. *And most importantly the optional 403 V-8 that runs and drives like it was brand new! I have over $6000.00 in receipts from 2004 to date, that come with the sale of this car. Everything from new hoses and belts, inspection/emissions registration paperwork for every year up to 2015, to a complete engine overhaul in 2004 at 69,754 miles. The transmission was serviced in 2010. This car really drives like a million bucks down the freeway. Some newer items are as follows... * Battery. * Power steering gearbox/pump. *Radiator flush and fill. *Fuel pump. *Blower motor (for Auto climate). *Lube/Oil/Filters about 1000 miles ago. *Carburettor rebuild. Car was undercoated in 2005. After-market peel/stick window tint (will come off easily if desired). *Muffler and tailpipe are fairly new as well. The tires are a matching set of (Prestige Radialmax's) in the correct factory size of 225/75 R15, and have no dry rot at all with good tread left. The vinyl top and the red velvet interior are original to the car and in great shape. No cracks in the dash or anywhere else. The paint also appears to be original with the exception of some drivers rear quarter panel "paint" receipts (no body work mentioned). There is no visible rust on this car! All in all this is a really nice example of a mostly original somewhat rare car from the original family, that runs and drives excellent and should provide the new owner with many years of trouble free classic motoring.
