Price: US $18,000.00 SOLD OUT
Recently married and starting to consider to sell my 1972 Chevrolet Camaro "Split Bumper" Rally Sport. I have had this car since 2007, in addition to the list of features below I rewired the car completely. It is in great running condition, for awhile it was my daily driver in Los Angeles. Duel electric fans keep it cool even on the hottest of summer days and its runs strong and clean. Serious inquires only please, I'm selling it because I don't have time to drive it as much as I used to and it sits in the garage more then getting on the asphalt. Body is in very good condition, no rust hole or signs of rust damage. The only area where there is rust is the base of rear window tray, I showed this in photos. This is very typical for this model Camaro and can be fixed with replacement tray. Some surface rust in trunk but nothing has signs of it doing anything more then surface. All doors are clean and no signs of rust. It has been a California car for as long as I know dating back to early 90's. I have two binders of receipts from previous mechanical work along with photos documenting the engine build and paint. In my honest opinion I think the car is ready for new paint, it has small scratches and dents around vehicle. One more significant dent on driver side door and rear panel (shown in photos). Car is running very well and with a repaint and this car would be one mean street machine. 355 Vortec engine out of a 99 Suburban (one piece oil pan and main seal) Engine was completely rebuilt with higher compression in 2007 GM performance parts ROLLER LT4 "HOT" cam RPM Air Gap intake HO Hypertech HEI distributor New MSD Plug Wires 80amp, one wire, chrome alternator LS1 Camaro Dual Electric fans New 3 core Radiator with automatic fan relay switch New body bushings New 5 leaf rear springs ACCEL HEI control module Engine painted to match car body Turbo 700R4 overdrive built by TCI to handle the HP 2500 stall converter from Hughes B&M Megashifter Hooker headers Flowmaster mufflers 12" wide 295/50/15 rear tires Awesome LED taillights both lights are taillights. reverse light was eliminated(like new vettes) very bright and very crisp blinking from the LED's Entire front end including gear box has been replaced Electric Holley fuel pump Edelbrock 600 carb 3.42 richmond gears in 8.5" 10 bolt Auburn limited slip differential Original AC car..not installed but have all the components.
