Iconic and classic mid-sixties Detroit muscle and style. Selling my beautifully restored 1964 Oldsmobile Starfire. This is a rare car and very few remain, even fewer restored to this level. This car was stored for many years in Illinois farm country and was sold to me as a 44,000 mile original. It has less than 4000 miles since restoration. I spared no expense in restoring the interior, mechanics, and exterior to original condition. Everything that needed to be done has been done to a high level. Car runs smoothly and strong. I have all restoration records and invested over $40,000 into the process. Appraised value is $35,000. Priced fairly for quick sale. My loss is your gain. Some Highlights include Factory Original "Heather Mist" (light green metallic) paint, complete engine and transmission rebuild, all new suspension components. brakes, Magnaflow exhaust system (great rumble). etc...etc...etc. Interior carpeting is original with original inserts and in great condition. New light green headliner, seats redone with Connelley leather (best color match to orginal vinyl color restorer could find) by Rolls Royce Interior restoration specialist. Expensive and turned out beautifully. New trunk liner and pad, Recent work includes power brake booster rebuild (should now last for another 50 years). Upcoming service this week will include replacement of fuel pump, carb adjustment, and starter motor and solonoid replacement.
