1965 ford fairlane sports coupe. no console. car is a little dusty so please excuse the pictures.well built 289 cubic inch motor. estimated hp 420-430, no street miles on motor. machine work done by parsons in dayton ohio. Line honed & square decked/.030 over bore. .010,010 crank. World Windsor steel heads w/stainless 2.02 intake valves. triple springs/dove roller rockers.comp 292R solid roller cam with .613 lift.This baby has one mean idle, about 1100 rpm after warm up.custom made venolia forged pistons with chrome moly rings. Boss 302 rods with 3/8 wave loc rod bolts. edelbrock air gap intake with holley 700 cfm double pumper carb.mallory distributor with composite drive gear.MSD ignition box,Accel hi-temp wires. 11inch flywheel with hays long style pressere plate,melling hi-volume oil pump,boss 302 harmonic balancer, roller timing chain,hooker super-comp ceramic coated headers, milidon 10 qt oil pan with 10 qts royal purple racing oil. Ford top loader wide ratio 4-speed 2:78 first gear with hurst competion plus shifter. 9 inch 4:57 detroit locker, traction bars, cragar 15 inch SS wheels with mickey thompson tires. brakes,brake lines, brake hoses, 3/8 fuel line, shocks, all new. roof rail, front & rear glass seals all new. there has been so much done to this car it is hard to put it all down. oh yeah, all ball joints,tie rods,upper control arm shafts,bushings,idler arm are new. front end has not been aligned yet.This car came out of Atlanta Ga.area about fifteen years ago and has never seen snow.Car has around 70,000 miles on it. Battery is in the trunk along with a ten slot CD player ran from a stock restored radio with am/fm upgrade. This car is unfinished, body is excellent no rust, rocker panel area needs to be painted. I have all trim for car. new carpet and door panels/ not installed. fiberglass tear drop hood and fiberglass front bumper,not painted. I have stainless steel mufflers and collector hook-up not on car, exhaust not done.This will be a hell of a deal for somebody who can finish what little is left to do.
