The car was converted to about 5 years ago. The motor being a 3.1 L V6 along with the 5 speed transmission are from a Camaro with approximately 88,000 miles on them. The motor was modified with an Edelbrock #3790 cam shaft, Edelbrock high rise manifold, Holley 390 CFM carb and Mallory dual point distributor. The only modification to the trans was to cut the shifter handle down to fit better in the B. The rear end is a narrowed posi unit from a Dodge Challenger (from the 70s). The front end is stock MGB with knock off wire wheels. I have a set of standard hubs and wheels included with the car, I had planned on replacing the wire wheels but never got around to it. Other modifications would include American custom wheels and tires, custom side mount exhaust, roll bar, 12" electric fan, electric fuel pump, the radiator is stock MGB but it was re-cored and larger inlet tubes installed to mate up with the chevy water pump. The car has basically sat for 4 years, I need the garage space back and have no desire to finish the car. Left on my to do list would be to install a complete set of gauges, right now only the fuel and temp gauges work. Replace the soft top, the frame is fine but the rear window has changed colors and the top is just old. Convert the wire wheels to standard wheels, rebuild the front suspension and respray the car. This is a running project car that needs to be gone through for that reason it should be placed on a trailer and towed home not driven.
