By Owner; pampered 1970 Oldsmobile 442 finished in its original color combination of Sherwood Green with black interior. This Olds was treated to a complete restoration with less than 5,000 miles on it. Starting with a solid body featuring all of its original panels. The inner door frames, interior trunk and engine compartment still has its original paint. This car is laser straight, with a $20k paint that is immaculate and all the gaps line up better than new. This 1970 442 came equipped with the legendary 455 cubic inch big block V8 and this one is mated from the factory with the more desirable 4-speed manual. The interior features original bucket seats, and the original AM/ FM Delco radio (Radio works fine but reception is not great because of the built-in front glass antenna). The only notable item not functioning is the clock. This is a 442 optioned with all original W30 parts (factory air induction fiberglass hood, factory red plastic front fender wells, etc) I was told that the W30 parts were dealer optioned and installed at the time of when the car was first purchased. The car is in excellent condition . Prior to it's restoration this 442 has had a charmed life; it was a professionally drag raced car. That is the reason this 442 remained in very original and great condition. All metal appears original and 90% of the glass is original. This car has been in a climate controlled indoor garage since restoration. NO ISSUES! High End car cover included.
