Price: US $34,000.00 SOLD OUT
The car will be available for inspection and PPI at a well-known early Porsche specialist here in Southern California for interested buyers. Please email me if you would like that information. There is rust in the floor and in the passenger door pillar. No other visible. A poorly done straight steel patch has been used in one part of the repair prior. This Porsche had a lot of money thrown into it years ago to build a nice "turbo look" hot rod. It was originally a burgundy car and I have the COA. Body: great 15 footer Mexico Blue paint, quality fender body work. Front turbo valance is fiberglass and has minor cracks. Slight depression in roof on passenger side, and also next to rear quarter (both seen in photos). Rust in passenger door pillar (also in pictures), and floor pan patches in steel. Brand new MA Shaw ducktail can be paint matched to the body. Engine: 1973 911 S motor. Running well, albeit after being out of commission for many years in storage. Was recently resuscitated and is running very well. 1972 915 transmission and new clutch also recently added. Suspension/brakes: Brakes are in good working order but are original to the car. (911T). Suspension also seems original although I don't know about torsion bars. Wheels are giant and rare Porsche BBS, with nice tread in rear and not so nice in front due to camber and inside wear. Front replacement of tires should be done. Interior: Is very clean, headliner is nice (black), and gauges all work. Have ash tray although not in photos. Thanks for looking!
