If you ever wanted to know how a new 1978 Ford drove and never have this is probably the closest you can get. This truck has a few dings and scrapes, and the paint is not perfect, but I have never seen any fluid leaks even after the truck has set for months in the warehouse. This truck sits up very good and drives remarkably. It has a rebuilt factory 4 BBL carb, the factory cruise, radio, CB, heat, air, and all operational (the air may need charging, it is too cold to get the head pressures right so I have not tested it).The Camper special is a wiring package and the Trailer special is a towing package. Yes it is loaded. Both fuel tanks work and the gauges also work.I have been building/restoring Fords for 38 years and I cannot find anything on this truck, mechanically or electrically, that needs repairing. Tailgate even works like new. The oil pressure is really good even after oil is hot from interstate driving. The truck even has a heavy duty receiver hitch.You have to drive this truck to really appreciate how nice it is. I forgot to get a picture of the bottom of the passenger door. It is clean, no cancer. The small tear in the seat, I did it when it was 17 degrees. By the way, when it is 17 degrees this truck cranks perfectly.It is possible I can deliver this truck in the continental US for between 0.50 to 1.00 per mile.
