He knew that I am a Jaguar FANATIC as I have had at least two Jags in the driveway for the last 30 years. This has always been a car that I dreamed of owning and when I saw it i just had to have it. I have all the original books and have complete records of restoration. Every thing was in the original Jaguar factory boxes. The car has a factory right door mirror bought in Coventry, England by one of the brothers The brother lost interest after stock piling all the necessary parts for the restoration and it sat for years. I replaced the York a/c compressor with a modern Japanese rotary compressor and the alternator with one from GM. All carpets and leather are new. The car is all original panels, bonnet, doors, and hatch. It has NO rust repairs. Bumpers are original. Eyebrows and ashtray were re chromed the car had steel wheels and center hubcaps. They were replaced with knock off spindles and Dayton wire wheels. Included is a new knock off hammer. The wind screen had fogged in the right corner so a brand new Triplex XXX was installed.
