It just feels good driving this prestigious Mercedes. Very impressive.Clean Texas Car. Runs and drives excellent with lots of power and no problems.1971 Mercedes-Benz 300SEL, tools, books, records going back many years.The Mercedes 3.5 V8 engine was a great engine, totally alive and powerful. Transmission shifts excellent. Car is a pleasure to drive and gets attention. New leather front seats from World Upholstery and leather backseats in excellent condition. Original paint with touch ups, no collision damage. Some separation of the finish on the wood along front window. Wood itself is intact. Some minor wear of wood veneer on driver door window. Interior in general is in excellent condition.Glue staining in original headliner above passenger backseat. Chrome throughout in excellent condition. Carpets in excellent condition. Has original aluminum sun screening for all sides and back window which are in excellent condition. Recently all new air springs, one new main ride height control valve, and new rear ride height valve.New mufflers and tires. Engine compartment is clean, has not been detailed. Is in original condition. Air conditioning performs well. Runs and drives very well. The non working after market Cruise control has been removed
