1979 Pontiac Firebird condition: excellent cylinders: 8 cylinders drive: rwd fuel: gas title status: missing transmission: automatic type: coupe I have a great running 79 firebird. Strong running 350, it's currently my daily driver but still needs some work to be complete. It has headers and an offenhauser intake, and carter AFB performance carb. Someone's put a lot of work into the engine. Great interior and perfectly straight body, well maintained and no rust. I have to sell as I don't have time or money to complete it and have other things to take care of. Needs: Paint Passenger side window installed (I have the glass and a new regulator) Door top weather stripping for both windows Head liner Interior Door panels I have the window regulator and the passenger side glass, just needs to be put in. The drivers side window is installed. I also have the window sweeps and felt blocks required. I have a set of thrush glass packs that will go with and some other random odds and ins. Pretty firm on the price as you won't find a firebird this straight and ready to drive as this one. I don't have the title but it's already been inspected by the state patrol, so it's good to drive you would just take over my waiting period and then recieve the title when it's released, until then the registration is the proof of ownership.
