Price: US $22,000.00 SOLD OUT
85,000 miles. After years of searching for my perfect classic car I finally found this dream boat in Moreno Valley California in 2003. It was love at first sight. The car was rust free and solid and it immediately had a place in my heart and garage. In 2005 I had the car completely repainted by Connecticut's well renowned auto body guru (Jerry W). At that time I also installed 5 new Firestone bias whitewall tires. From there I proceeded to remove and re chrome every piece of trim on the entire car, or show polish the stainless. In addition I had the radio rebuilt, installed a new clutch, brakes, water pumps (2), starter, generator, battery, points & plugs, wipers, ect -all of this has less than 4000 miles. I believe this is the original 255 engine in the car and she runs and drives like a gem. The interior as well is all original green with white Naugahide upholstery and green carpets.I have a new working clock that goes with the car along with owners manual and spec sheet and a lot of receipts as well. On a rating scale , I would give the paint a solid 9 and the chrome a 9.5Over the past 15 years I have taken her to a hand full of car shows, parades and events and always turned heads and struck up great conversations. Yes as expected there are a couple of imperfections but for a 65 year old car she looks darn good! I feel my "Buy it Now" price is very fair but willing to hear serious offers.
