I am 2nd owner of this mechanically sound (inspected and road worthy) ...but in need of cosmetics automobile. Interior is pretty flawless...nice leather seats...perfect dash and headliner. I purchased it from original owner. Hood has (typical of the 70's GM thin paint coat) little paint left as I was beginning to prep it for a paint job. My mechanic recently went over brakes and remarked of very solid under car...frame etc. Gas tank was removed and "acid boiled" and small leak repaired. It was tuned up with new cap, rotor, condenser and plug wires. Has new alternator and windshield wipers. Tires aren't new but have plenty of tread. Needs rear bumper inserts that deteriorated on most of these...they are available by several companies on eBay.Top is presentable but needs new material to make nice. There appears to be no rust underneath material. Trunk is solid (see pictures) jack in place with spare (removed for pictures). I bought it right and have over $4000.00 in it...want to see it find a good home. Low bid starting price with no reserve. I have video of car (available via email) driving at 50mph and I did post to YouTube...under "Good News Garage 1974 Cadillac Coupe de Ville"...runs and drives nice! No car I've had rides as smooth...like you are in your living room.
