Price: US $4,250.00 SOLD OUT
!926 Essex touring, rewooded, was driven 7 years ago, needs mechanical and sheetmetal restoration. When driven it was hard to start and smoked bad after about 5 miles, so engine needs rebuild. The paint on it is just a shop spray job to make it look better when we took it out. Little rust, limited to back of rear section, some on bottom of doors and spots on the fenders. Except for the panels between the doors and the rear quarter panels the rest metal needs work. The top bows that came with it I believe are 23 model T. Recent history of the car was in central Oregon where the previous owner rewooded it and he put, it together and into rough running and driving condition to have fun with. We bought it and enjoyed running around in it, moved it with us to Oklahoma and do not have the time to finish it.. There is a plate on the dash stating the dealer in Wyoming who originally sold it. Extra parts include: Disassembled 1924 Essex Touring chassis (Cowl and some sheet metal), extra engine, trans, radiator, rear end, plus extra small parts. Located in Eastern Oklahoma, and buyer will have to load and haul, sold as is where is, not currently in running condition. Cash for remainder at pickup. Information jandb4351@gmail.com
