1965 Ford Falcon 2 door Sedan. Built old school, nostalgic, built like we did back in the 70’s. Originally Louisiana car, no rust. Solid original floors, frame, body, doors, bumpers and glass. Painted original Arcadian Blue, would give paint a 6 because there are flaws such as a few drips, orange peel etc., looks good from about 6 feet away, another good buffing would really look good. Here are the details…… Engine: 5.0 liter out of a 1991 Mustang, has been rebuilt, stock internals, heads. Edelbrock Performer RPM intake with a 600 Holley DP. Hedmann headers into a custom exhaust with Flowmasters dumped at rear axle, sounds incredible. All new ignition, 1 wire alternator, aluminum radiator, electric fan, TCP motor mounts, motor runs fantastic. Fuel system plumbed with -6 stainless braided hose, electric fuel pump to regulator. Transmission: C4 out of a 1965 Fairlane. Rebuilt with alto red clutches and Kevlar bands. Transgo shift kit and 10 inch converter, shifts nice and cooler plumbed with -6 stainless hose. B&M shifter. Suspension: Complete CSRP front suspension. New spindles, ball joints, all steering linkage for V8. Front manual disc brakes with slotted rotors. New springs, all bushings and new control arms. Rear suspension new General Spring V 8 leaf springs bushings and shackles. Frame connectors. Old school “slapper bars†traction bars for the nostalgic look and functionality, it does burn rubber with no wheel hop. Rear axle: Ford 9 inch. New Currie housing, 31 spline axles, big drum brakes. Center section is a C7AW- E out of a Ford Bronco, rebuilt with new bearings, rebuilt traction lok, Motive 4:11 gears. Custom built driveshaft with 1310 U- joints on both ends with a hardened transmission yoke. Interior: Everything works. Heater/Defrost, lights, fuel gauge, horn, speedometer. Bucket seats are out of a 1991 Mustang, original rear seat. Door handles, window cranks and door panels are original. New carpet, headliner, seat belts and visors. Wheels and tires: New Torque Thrust D’S for the nostalgic look. Front 15X6 with Cooper Cobra 215/65 15, rear 15X8 with Cooper Cobra 245/65 15, car has a perfect stance. Car is a blast to drive. Drives great, turns heads, sounds amazing. Perfect for cruising, nostalgic drags and has a perfect foundation for taking it to the next level, whatever that may be.
