This is a 1965 Chevelle Super Sport, true 138 vin # super sport "Barn Find" It has the original matching number 327 engine, Muncie 4 speed, and 12 bolt posi rear-end. Original floor shifter, bucket seats, and EXTREMELY nice console. The car had been sitting in a barn in Chinook Montana since 1980. My dad and I bought the car about 4 years ago and we were going to restore the car but my dad has since passed away and I just don't have the desire or time to do it without him. My dad did have the car running and driving before he passed away and we drove the car around the block a few times. There is a few small minor pin holes in the rear quarters, nothing that requires replacing the quarters, an easy fix. The rockers are very solid, the passenger side front and rear floor boards are real solid, the driver side needs two small patches, there is some minor pin holes in the driver side door skin and the rear window channel. There is nothing that needs to be replaced, just some minor welding and a few small patches and you can keep all the original sheet metal. It also has the original paint except for driver side fender and hood. The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping but if it helps I can provide the winning bidder the name and phone number to a shipper that I have used several times in the past as well as two additional shippers that are located in my town. I will be available to help load the car on a trailer, and I can store the car for a reasonable time for free while shipping is being arranged.
