This 1954 MG TF was acquired by the seller 14 years ago from the widow of its previous owner as a partially-finished project. A subsequent refurbishment was reportedly performed by Symbolic Motors in California and included new paint, mechanicals, electrics, and upholstery in addition to a fresh top and side curtains. Power is supplied by a 1,250cc inline-four paired with a 4-speed manual transmission, and regular maintenance has been performed at all times, It is registered as a 1955 model and offered with refurbishment records, a tonneau cover, a 2016 appraisal, and a clean California title in the name of the seller’s company. The body was stripped and repainted in its current yellow during the refurbishment work six years ago. Chromed 15†wire-spoke wheels wear Michelin XZX tires on all four corners. A folding canvas top, tonneau cover, and side curtains are included in the sale. Seating was reupholstered in black leather and matching carpets were installed. The original-style 3-spoke banjo steering wheel wears a stitched black leather cover.
