Price: US $40,000.00 SOLD OUT
No rust, no bubbles. A couple of stone chips, but barely visible. Five years ago, the following was done: Brand new 502 crate motor from Chevrolet. 5 speed Tremec transmission along with new clutch, bellhousing and drive shaft was also installed. Subframe was removed, painted and rebuilt with all new parts, including bushings, front disc brakes, ball joints, springs and shocks, etc. Floor pan had small holes in it and was replaced with a 1-pc floor by professional shop. Also included new carpet, seats and sound proofing. Motor and transmission have less than 5,000 miles on it. The rear is a 12-bolt with 3.70 gears. The exhaust system is a Flowmaster 2.5 in. complete system. Car has power steering and power brakes. Interior is very nice and headliner is like new. This car has SS badges on it, but I don't know if its a real SS. It could be, because there is no way of knowing if it ever was, but its definitely an 8-cyl car. There is no information from GM on these cars to find its authenticity. I'm not selling it as an SS, if I had proof it would be worth a lot more. I'm just selling as a 68 Camaro with a big block, manual transmission, 12-bolt rear. Included comes an original SS steering wheel. Car runs and drives great. Makes over 500 HP and runs on pump gas. Car is VERY reliable. Car is also for sale locally and can be taken off anytime. In NY cars before 1974 do not have titles, they come with a transferrable registration.
