This is a special car that is 48 years old and has been really taken care of out of LOVE. Sunshine is a pleasure to drive and if I had to describe it in one word it would be smooth! I have never had a VW that shifts as smoothly as this one and hugs the road making it a dream to drive. Everything about this car has been gone over, engine and body passes the test. I fell in love with VWs in 1968 when I got my first one and have had one ever since but always bugs, not the new ones. I am lucky to have a VW specialist mechanic on old VWs located here, to take of my babies. As you can see in the pictures, the saying a picture is worth a thousand words, holds true. I could list all the parts that are in great shape, new, replaced and no rust but you can see all that in the pictures. My husband makes fun of me saying I am going to make the person fill out adoption papers instead of a title. Why are we selling Sunshine?
