The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives. Seller's Notes This is a “good†car. It somehow never fails to start and run, and has been that way since I’ve owned it. I’ve had plenty of other old cars in the meantime that somehow break down or leave you stranded. Oddly enough, never with this Cadillac. I simply don’t get it out enough to justify keeping it. It needs to be out and about cruising and being seen. There’s not many around anymore. Vehicle Details I have owned this car since August of 1997. It has been garage kept the entire time. Mileage was roughly 76k then, so I’ve put less than 20k miles on it in 23 years. Paint in 2008. Top in 2016. Seats are from a 1976 Eldorado coupe in 2008. $9k in recent receipts for engine and exhaust manifold work including new carb and HEI, electronic kick-down etc. Trunk has been recarpeted, interior carpet and mats in great shape. Car shows great for weekend drives and cars & coffee settings. Climate control works best on defrost, due to a vacuum leak in the dash. Aftermarket CD player in glovebox. Tail extensions replaced in fiberglass, front extensions are ABS. Brakes replaced less than 2000 miles ago, including discs and drums and all hardware. Radiator and water pump in 2014. Power locks don’t work. All electric windows work (slowly) from driver’s switches. New window and door rubber and trunk rubber weatherstripping. I have a new glovebox latch to install, as well as a shift lever seal to put an end to a pesky transmission drip.
