The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives. Seller's Notes Read description Vehicle Details 1952 Mercury Monterey. Originally a California car. Rock solid. Has a very little bit of rust in the lower quarters, but otherwise, none to be found. Crate 350, 700r4 trans. Plenty of dress up items on engine. Runs great. Shifts great. Probably 1000 or so miles have been put on since new. Lokar shifter. Vintage air conditioning heat and AC Front dial brake conversion. Chevy 10 bolt rear from a late 70s camaro. New upholstery when I built the car about 4 years ago. From carpet to headliner. Complete new wire harness, but factory gauges are not in use. I had planned, and wired for, a digital gauge setup, but haven't done it. Bluetooth stereo system with Kicker components. This car fires up every time and drives great. I put it together for my wife, but she doesn't drive it enough to make keeping it worthwhile. It has scratches, dents, dings, etc. Exterior paint is original and was painted pink over the factory yellow, somewhere before 1956 when it was last tagged before I purchased it.
