The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for weekend drives. Vehicle Details This is a 2000 M1045-A2 HMMWV. This is a 2000 M1045A2. THIS IS A 2000 AM GENERAL HMMWV!!! This is NOT a 1980!! eBay will not let me list it as a 2000 because it doesn’t have a VIN, it has a ser#. This is a Surplus HMMWV This is a four-speed truck. I have done 70+ miles an hour on the highway with absolutely no issues. I have driven extremely long distances very comfortably without ear protection. I have owned the truck for about a year and a half. upgrades/repairs include: Truck-Lite LED lighting New front breaks New rear pads not installed Newly rebuilt front driveshaft Rebuilt portal axles Fuel cutoff switch for security New belts Included is a military phone charger that works with Apple and android phones. Custom troop seats Assateague OSV pass good till spring. Extra parts, including a spare $1,000 smart start box and spare tire and wheel mounted and balanced. Mileage is unknown. Mileage is always unknown on military vehicles. When the military vehicle auction company or last motor pool hands touched it they don’t replace one gauge, they replace them all. Known issues are weeping oil pan, weeping fuel pump (they just like to do that), rip in the passenger front 1/2 shaft boot. Intermittent wheel wobble around 30 mph sometimes.
