This is a numbers matching 289 2 barrel C code automatic transmission 1966 Ford Mustang Convertible that runs and drives and has brakes but needs work to be drive-able as is. Cosmetically this car would be a good driver and with a little mechanical work and a floor patch on front floor it would be a safe driver.This car was originally Candy Apple Red with Red interior but as you can see it was painted yellow and the interior switched to Black.The Black top is in good condition and the seats are nice too! I do have a new Black carpet and Black door panels and arm rest kit and tail lights and bezels as well as new gas cap and bumpers that I'll include if the asking price is paid for the car.I have a clean title in my name that matches the fender apron vins. The door tag is missing but you can tell what the car was by the colors on the floors etc,This is an easy easy restoration for even a beginner! Or do a little bit of work to it and put it together and have a fun Yellow convertible just in time for summer cruising!It does have a few rust issues but nothing major and all structural areas are good!I'm asking a fair price of $16,500 for this easy project .
