Very early, 1st week of production vehicle ... 265 V8, 2 barrel with "Three-in-the-tree". No rust, no holes, no body filler, no accidents ... All original sheet-metal. Original spare in the trunk, never been out. Stored in a dry, heated garage for more than 10 years. Over $12,000 in new parts still in boxes including: All new chrome, radio, bumpers, brakes, seals, grill, door handles, bezels, lights, mirrors, emblems, gas tank and sending unit, some stainless, hoses, radiator, clamps, battery, misc. hardware, seat foam, headliner, sun visors, numerous optional factory "add-ons", etc. ... Too much to list. Restoration started. I have 99% of the parts required to finish the restoration. Needs a partial interior kit. The engine is currently partly disassembled for cleaning and head-work to run unleaded gas. The "short block" is still in the vehicle. Paint is in good, "driver's condition" ... Not a show car ... yet! Registration is in my name. Note: New York State did not start issuing titles until 1973. This car comes with a transferable registration and, if you wish, a 'Bill of Sale".. The reserve is $10,000 less than I have invested in the project. Health issues and lack of time prevent finishing this wonderful time-capsule. Cash or a cashier's check are the only forms of payment accepted. A $5,000, non-refundable deposit is required within 5 business days after the close of the auction. The purchase must be paid for in full within 10 business after the auction ends unless other arrangements are made in advance. The car will not be released until the funds have cleared.
