Price: US $80,000.00 SOLD OUT
This is a continuation 1965 Shelby Cobra 427 S/C. It's a Superformance MK III that was manufactured in 2004. Superformance are the only Cobras licensed by Carol Shelby.I bought the car in South Carolina in September 2020 with 5000 miles on it. Since then, I've doubled the mileage and put over $60k into improvements, including an engine rebuild. Word of warning - if you're shopping for a Cobra, low mileage may sound appealing but with custom cars like these, there's a danger the kinks might not have been worked out. I experienced that with a brand new Caterham a few years ago as well... Anyway, this one has the kinks out now and I think will probably serve you better than a brand new car from Superformance for $120k+.The car has a Ford Racing 460 that now has lots of fancy custom parts on it. The rebuild was done by Total Performance in Tacoma, WA. The transmission is a Tremec 5 and got a new clutch ~1000 miles ago. It comes with a soft top.Happy to answer any questions. It's an amazing car, I just need to sell to fund the house remodel that will not end...
