This is a very solid rust free 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Convertible. Body and paint done by professional painter Jeff Estabrook, Thunder Dome Car Museum, 15 years ago and shines like brand new. This is a factory blue car with factory white top and blue interior. The paint color is the updated version of the original color. The car is washed before and after each drive and always garage kept.The convertible top and interior were replaced around the same time. Factory options include sport mirrors, air conditioning, power disc brakes, power top, tilt steering and a bench seat, 4 spoke steering wheel and rear cutout bumper. The car also has an Autometer tach installed in the dash. I set out to build a car I could cruise around town or on the highway. This does both very well. The car is equipped with a pioneer head unit and speakers. It is also wired for a subwoofer.Under the hood is a 1970 Oldsmobile 455. The motor has been squared, bored .030 and balanced. It has a crane cam, a performer intake and is topped with a Holley Sniper fuel injection system. The fuel system was upgraded to aluminum fuel line with a new fuel tank and internal electric fuel pump. The car turns over and runs very smooth like any fuel injected motor. The system has a fuel management 3.5 inch touchscreen that allows complete control over the fuel system. This has improved the cars performance and reliability.The motor pulls very hard and has approximately 5k miles. It's equipped with factory dual exhaust manifolds with 2.5 inch exhaust and Magnaflow mufflers.It has a rebuilt th350 with a 2k converter with a Chevrolet heavy duty 12 bolt posi with 2.73 gears outback.The braking system was upgraded to the signature series big brakes four wheel disc from The Right Stuff Braking. 13 inch rotors in the front and 11 inch in the rear. An adjustable metering block from Wilwood was added.The suspension was upgraded to QA1 adjustable front and rear coil overs with tubular control arms. The car sits on Foose wheels, 18 front 20inch rear. I don't think the tires have 1k miles on them.The car has been only driven on sunny days and always garage kept. I wouldn’t hesitate to drive this car anywhere.I love this car and have enjoyed it over the last 15 years. Just time to finish other projects. This is a turn key car that runs and drives fantastic.
