Car originally purchased in Broken Bow, NE, in 1957. A weekend driver for the farm couple, who eventually handed down the car to their granddaughter in 1979. The car went through various members of the original family until 2017, when it was purchased from someone in Buffalo, MN. Being the second owner out of the original family was truly special, and the car has such a wonderful and documented history with it. Titles with mileage, owners, locations and vehicle purchases throughout its life are preserved - to be handed down to whomever its next owner may be. The car is about as original as they come, with an expected numbers matching engine, cowl tag matching paint color and no variation from a 1957 showroom 210 besides an updated radio. The outside is straight, solid throughout. All the chrome is in exceptional condition, and the body trim is straight and tight fit. Doors open and close perfectly. The interior is period correct and in beautiful shape. The upholstery has no stains or tares, and the carpet is fluffy and fitting. The dash is adorned in correct Harbor Blue. All of the switches are functional. Under the hood is a Powerglide 2-speed automatic paired with a 283 V8 2bl carb producing 185 horsepower. The original oil bath sits atop the carb. Radiator, battery tray, wheel wells, and hoses are all period correct.
