The vehicle is drivable. Seller's Notes I’ve had Industrial Power LLC inspect the truck. They are also able to work on it if needed; located in McKinney. •engine oil leak (seems to be at valve cover) •exh leak and can hear vacuum leak •engine motor mounts need to be replaced •front cover leaks •oil pan leaks •trans leaking (seems to be trans oil pan) •belts are dry & cracked •carb leaking sipping •squeezing when turning max (most likely belt) •has play on tie rod & all bushing seem to be worn •recommend shocks •front brakes around have 1/2; rear brakes eighth under 1/2 •D/S windshield cracked •P/S windshield chipped •D/S side window cracked They’ve said that rusting is minimal and expected in an older vehicle and doesn’t compromise its integrity. These are repairs that I’ve planned on making but haven’t had the opportunity Vehicle Details 1978 Ford Grumman; think UPS truck. Originally a NOLA bikini truck that they parked at events for signage and selling bikinis and then was a LuLa Roe clothing boutique; It wasn’t driven much. Acquired 4 years ago from Monroe, Louisiana. We drove it to Lindale, Tx (199 miles; 3 hours). We removed the interior which had been hot pink & carpeted and replaced with laminate planked flooring and Craftsman White wall panel from Lowes , LED lights from IKEA, and a bay window. AC works when plugged in to a generator or power source; power box, A/C and wall plugs were installed when purchased. We used a tiny space heater at events in the winter which kept the inside warm. No working heat/AC when driving unless generator powered; will need to install generator box. We’ve replaced Brake Master Cylinder and Booster, front drivers brake line, battery lines, spark plugs and wires, distributor cap & rotar, new oil & antifreeze, headlights, updated tag light, repaired gas door lock, and replaced new blinker floor switch. We have since driven it home (199 miles or 2 hours) and have driven it around the Dallas metroplex at various trade shows/events/festivals.
