Price: US $15,000.00 SOLD OUT
Nice old running survivor. 1967 NADA Land Rover 109 Series IIa in poppy red. Last driven December 13, 2014. This truck featured in centerfold spread of Rover North magazine in Spring 2008. This model also featured in 1967 issue of Four Wheeler. There were around 800 of these vehicles sold in USA by Land Rover in the 1967-1968 timeframe. Features 6 cylinder motor....possibly the one it rolled out of the factory with in 1967. Owned by me for 6 years. Transmission replaced with rebuilt Rovers North transmission. Has had clutch and brake work at Pikes Peak Rovers. Middle seat reupholstered. Front seat cushions replaced. Alpine window rubber replaced. At the moment it starts and runs. Needs brake work. Brake fluid reservoir empty. Tires are nice Michelins on powder coated NAS 1993 Defender 110 rims. Original wheels are available. Not an old rust bucket! Spent most of its life in Colorado. Wife says it has to go but I get to keep the NAS Land Rover Defender D90. Spare 6 cylinder motor available separately. Highest bidder on craigslist or cars.com wins! I know it isn't a Defender......ebay does not have Series Rover as a listing category. But you know....this is the great grandfather of the Defender! Relisted due to non paying auction winner.
