I suspect a house painting company. From the lack of rust anywhere on the vehicle except the rear quarter panels. It looks like the vehicle has been in the southwest all of its life . The vehicle was repainted numerous times all drastically different colors. I suspect that the only rust was caused by someone removing the screw on plates on each side of the bed then cleaning their house painting equipment in the bed filling the voids with water for many years I bought some used cover plates but haven’t installed them. I bought a passenger side door because I thought the other door had some poor bodywork done but it is likely just thick house paint . But the door is included There is a four core aluminum radiator installed with electric fans , the 283 CID motor already has headers Exterior 1964 El Camino comes with a 4 core aluminum radiator with electric fans 283 V8 with headers already installed. The California title says that it was used as a commercial vehicle. My guess would be a house painting company due to the many coats of different color paint . There is no rust holes in the floor or bed . The only rust hole’s are from some idiot removing the two bolt on covers Over the rear fenders . I suspect that they washed their painting equipment in the bed filling the fender voids with water everyday Because there is no more significant rust anywhere else. I have the plate covers for the inside of the bed . All the chrome trim plus an extra set . I bought an extra passenger side door and a used back window because the original one has a crack in it.
