Vehicle Details 1971 GMC SPRINT | CHEVY EL CAMINO SS 454 TRIBUTE: GM made both the GMC Sprint and Chevy El Camino. It was the same exact car, made on the same exact assembly line, however one said sprint and one said El Camino. The Sprint’s are more rare as there were only 5,536 GMC Sprints manufactured in 1971, versus 41,606 El Camino’s manufactured that same year. This beautifull restored classic features a stunning tuxedo black paint job with white pin stripes on the hood. The body is in excellent condition and the Chevy 454 big block was just fully rebuilt. The new engine barely has any miles on it. Manual transmission, power steering, power brakes, disc brakes in the front, 12 bolt posi, gauges, hooker headers, 3†flowmasters, roller cam. Round gauges, rally wheels, Radial T/A tires, original leather bucket seats and center console, new headliner and carpet. Functioning cowl induction hood with hood flap. Sounds and runs great.
