In approximately 500 trips around town over 3 years, this car has never failed once to get me where I’m going with a huge smile on my face. With that said, it’s time for me to move on to other things. 67 Firebird Convertible in Columbus, Ohio with a 326 and newly rebuilt Turbo 350. Cortez Silver. In the past 3 years it has been painted, new floors, all new interior including carpet and door panels. The convertible top has been completely replaced including the automatic top motor and cylinders. Kindig-it door handles installed and still perfect. Foose 17s on front and 18s on rear. Replaced the front brakes with black powder coated calipers and drilled and slotted rotors. Rear brake kit included with car with matching rotors and calipers. New booster/master/prop valve and stainless brake lines installed. Bluetooth radio that looks factory and new speakers also installed. Is it awesome? YesIs it perfect? NoHere is where it could be improved:-Hood hinges need adjusted to make hood line up a little better.-speedometer doesn’t work- Engine compartment and underside are solid, but could be detailed to look prettier.
