Hello, I will describe the car as best I can but feel free to ask any questions or for any photos you like. The basics are 1963 Corvette convertible, daytona blue with dark blue interior. I would rate the paint at a 8.5 out of 10 and the interior at a 8.5 out of 10. not everyone rates things the same, but I am very picky and that is my opinion. I am underselling it if anything, I would rather do that then oversell it! don't want any dissapointments or bad ratings of course! ok back to the car...327 340 h.p. that I believe is original to the car but dont know for sure, the block was decked and there are only a few faint numbers left that do match the vin number. the motor runs perfect and the car drives like new! t-10 4 speed that I believe is also original to the car, shifts perfectly with original shifter. everything works perfectly on the car except clock. all the body gaps are as nice as could be and the body work is as staight as an arrow. I dont know how long ago it was restored but it was restored to original and has been very well kept since! it retains 4 wheel drum brakes as original. No power steering or brakes as original. the underneath is not shiny new restored but looks more original but is perfectly solid, not one speck of rust or damage! the car is a high end driver, not perfect. The car is ready to go as is but as I am picky and was going to do a few things to it as follows, new door glass weatherstripping and convertible top weatherstripping. new proper fuel lines and fuel filter. new outer door handles. install ignition shielding. new radiator hoses and heater hoses and fan belts with the proper high horse belt idler pulley. all this is new in boxes and comes with the car! you could do it or use as is! The car will be sold with an open title from the previous owner because I have not registered it yet. I am only selling it because after I bought it, I have a chance to buy back a car I restored years ago that I have wanted back for some time....that seems to be how it goes sometimes! anyway I am Mike and feel free to ask anything you like!
