Volkswagen Beetle - Classic Convertible. One of a kind 1978 VW Super Beetle Convertible. It gets the looks going down the road. The car runs and is driven occasionally on the weekends. 235 x 65 R14 tires on the rear and 195 x 60 R13 tires on the front. Fenders and whale tail from Creative Car Craft. I put this car together about 10 years ago. It will need to be repainted. Paint looks better in the pictures than it really is. The clear coat is coming off on top of the whale tail and the paint is fading in other areas. It still looks good from a distance. It will need a new top. It recently started to tear. The headliner is good. The body is solid except for rust spots here and there. The driver side door is in the worst shape with rust in several spots and around the edges. Just in front of the driver rear fender is dented and will need repair. The front driver side fender fiberglass is spider webbing. The interior is in good shape, with the exception of the driver door panel, looks like the backing board has swelled. It has a stock 1600 carburetor dual port with stinger exhaust. I don't have time anymore to give it the attention it needs. This car is by no means perfect, but a good starter for someone looking make it great again.I can provide additional pictures if needed.Purchaser will receive a bill of sale. I don't have a title as it is not required in the state of Georgia for a car this age.
