Up for sale is our White on Blue 1966 Mustang Convertible with power topThis car has been garaged parked and has never let us down. We just installed a new top (power top) and rear window with all new window seals and it works great. The interior is in really good shape has a small tear on the driver seat but all gauges work, turn signals, heater, dual tone horns are LOUD, wipers original radio (tuner for fm stations installed a LONG time ago but works. Windows roll up and doors hood and trunk shut firm and solid. We park it in our garage and it doesn't leak a drop of anything, starts up and runs like a TOP. I have owned several first gen mustangs over the years and this car drives so straight, solid and true compared to the others.Equipped with a 200ci engine and auto trans, we planned on converting it to a V8 but it gets such good mileage and runs soo good that we just decided it was not worth the hassle and extra cost. Brakes front and rear are all new front and rear as well as master cylinder, radiator and exhaust manifold were replaced and valve cover gasket recently replaced, this car is ready to go with no repairs necessary. During the time we had it, that car barely required any repairs. The old top was still good just old and the rear window was faded it was just best to replace the whole thing. tires are all matching and have great tread. All lights work including interior courtesy lights. Please come or have someone come out and look at it I can show for test drives pretty much anytime. You wont be disappointed. Clean clear title in my name at my address no gimmicks or BS its a great car but we are looking at getting a newer style 4x4 jeep to go out with friends that are into the sport. Its with regret that we will be selling our mustang but as many San Diego sunset drives we have had with this car its time to let someone else have a go and put it too use.
