For Sale A very Special 2 owner 1973 Volvo 145e Finished in a wonderful Cypress Green Optioned with a Hide Brown Interior, this particular car comes with loads of documents including its original sales receipt, and most of the 71 cu ft available of trunk space full of parts ! Spending 99% of its time in Jacksonville Florida before some time down south in Melbourne Florida than back to Jax it came, The Original Family owned the car and by the stack of receipts had it religiously serviced by Parrish Volvo, Casset Imports , and 1 or 2 other shops in in the Ortega area, the car was used by the family and once it accumulated enough problems left to rest in the garage (mid 2000s) before the 2nd owner found it on Craigslist in 2019 and towed it down south ! Which is when the car started its overhaul due to its stack of problems ( frozen brake calipers , bad automatic trans and general issues that come from not running a car) the new Owner J, a Retired Chassis Engineer got to work on the car, with plans of making it a summer N/A track and drift car ! - Rebuilding the Whole brake system with all new lines and rebuilt Girling Calipers -swapped out all the FI stuff with a dual carb setup -Manual Swapped it with a rebuilt m41 -refreshed the suspension and added some 60mm drop springs and new struts-rebuilt the whole steering set up using OEM Volvo Component's + Woodward pieces (swapped a manual steering rack for simplicity reasons, car comes with all factory steering column parts ) -redid a decent amount of engine bay wiring harness J with a new Job offer in a new state had to leave things unbuttoned with alot of the major work done,The car currently sits in a state where it needs to be finished being put back together, with all the major components there its down to the smaller things to get it up and running, fuel and wiring along with throttle defiantly needs to be addressed. This is a Project for certain and comes with 5 Bins of parts to help get it closer to done. and that is where the story has ended and where you have the chance to pick it up and continue it.
