I have owned this little beauty since 2018. I am the third owner. I purchased it from a friend here in Naples who gave me the car history. The first owner, who lived in Washington State, owned several Intermeccanica’s over the years. In early 2011, he commissioned Intermeccanica to build this one as close to an original 356 as possible, according to Henry Reisner, the owner of Intermeccanica. Sadly, the first owner died several months after he took possession of the car. His two daughters (both of whom also lived in the state of Washington) took ownership of the car through the will. One of the sisters also owned an Intermeccanica. According to the sisters, the car sat in storage from 2011 until November 2016, which is when he took possession of the car. The sisters told him that they took the car ‘out for a spin†once in a while during the car’s hibernation. There were 2800 miles on the clock ( or 4500 kilometers- the speedometer and odometer are in kilos) on the clock when he took possession. This car has been a nice toy for my wife and I to cruise Naples and attend local car shows, we are selling to consolidate our car collection. She's a beauty!
