How original do you like your cars? Well, here is a very nice example of a well-preserved 1965Chevelle.Ordered with a fair amount of adoptions for the day.Two tone paint283 eight cylinderPower steeringAir ConditioningTilt wheelFactory rain guards Automatic Transmission I am listing this car for a friend of mind. He purchased from a museum about six years ago.Car was used as a daily driver for his family. (Air force Vet...thank you for your service) That being said, there was no expense spared to make this car safe and reliable. Steering and brakes were completely gone through, fluids were serviced everything works in this car. This car recently passed Massachusettsâs State Inspection service which is quite strict. I drove this car for about 25 miles and can attest to how well it drives. The engine starts with the click of a key, though it does need to warmup for 30 seconds or so before you take off. (a bit cold blooded)Engine is smooth and very quiet, transmission shifts smoothly 2 speed with a power glide transmission.Brakes work well, four-wheel drums are adjusted nicely thereis no pulsation, the car does not pull to either side. Tires are knee deep in tread life as well. All of the accessories work even the glovebox light. The AM radio works well, but only gets oldies stationsâ¦.just kidding. There is a rock chip in the windshield in the upper right corner. I took a picture but it was not visible.Interior is well preserved but does show some wear in the carpeting on the driverâs side, the dash is losing some luster. But other than that, very presentable. Car even has original keys, how nice. Outside the paint is very nice, has been repainted at somepoint in its life but shows very well. The trunk is solid but, some of the wrinkle coating is a bit stained from moisture Underside is very nice, this car was originally from Pennsylvania and was not subject to New England weather. There are several Chevelle web sites that break down VINâs,trim tags, and production numbers if additional information is needed?I believe pictures tell the story. Car speaks for itself, viewing or inspections are available with notice of course. Please keep in mind it is 57 years old. I am sure I missed a few things, please ask questions as needed Note odometer reads 95,xxx and change, I believe it is acutual based on the condion of the car, but we are selling it TMUClear title in owner's nameShipping zip code is 01778
