Thank you for viewing this beautiful 1966 MGB GT coupe. This amazing piece of British history is a two owner, highly documented automobile. It is finished in Wedgewood Blue over Black interior. The engine is a 1.8 litre 90 horsepower 4 cylinder. The transmission is a 4 speed manual. It is equipped with factory heater, AM/FM radio and seatbelts. It was purchased by the original owner on September 1st, 1966 at Schmidt Motor Sales in Orlando, Florida. The second (current) owner purchased the car on September 15th, 1992. Since then, a minor restoration was performed, including new paint, seats, door panels, headliner and carpet. The original stamped bill of sale, original owners manual, stamped service booklet from the first owner, secondary service records from the current owner, restoration receipts, Haynes DIY service manual, registration certificates, four boxes of spare parts, numerous MG memorabilia items and two sets of original keys are included with the sale. This MGB GT is very well documented and is a true gem. She fires right up and runs like a champ. This car drives very well and seems to have no issues, whatsoever. All components function properly. There are no leaks. The Pirelli tires are in superior condition. The body is in good condition with no visible rust. The wire wheels are in good condition. The paint is showing its age, but still has a nice gloss to it. The hatch door is experiencing some cracking and there are some minor dings on the body. The chrome is in fair condition, with pitting in certain areas of the bumper and window trim. The glass is in good condition, minus some hairline scratches. The interior is in excellent condition. The door panels, dash and trim are shiny and free of cracks. The leather is in great condition, minus some wear / splitting on the side bolster of the driver seat. The carpet is flawless.
